Correction:

- a noun (the ubiquitous presence of surveillance cameras)
- the fact that + Subject-Verb-Object (due to the fact that there are surveillance cameras everywhere)
- +ing form (there being so many surveillance cameras)
Notice:
‘because there are‘ = ‘due to there being‘
